We are looking for a committed and motivated individual to come and join us as the Room Lead for our Hatchlings Nursery. The successful candidate will have experience in leading a room, supporting with the planning of work and activities, monitoring development and being the main point of contact for children and adults.
Hatchlings offers places to 3 and 4 year-olds and plays a vital role in equipping the children with skills which will enable smooth transition into Reception.
We are seeking a talented Nursery Practitioner to join our exceptional Early Years team in delivering outstanding provision for the setting. Working with a Nursery Practitioner, under the guidance of the Assistant Head for Early Years, they will be responsible for the successful day to day operation of the Nursery Class.
The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner who is committed to providing the very best opportunities for our children. We are seeking a good team member with great communication skills and a clear vision for excellence.

Working hours will be 35 hours per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday with an hour’s unpaid lunch. Staff are required to work term time only which includes school INSET days. The salary shown reflects an interim 2025/2026 pay award, pending completion of the negotiations between the National Employers and the Trade Unions. The difference between this and what is agreed as the final pay award will be paid as a lump sum back pay, when announced by the government and the Trade Unions.
