You will be joining an organisation that is able to offer you a role that provides challenge and support in a collaborative environment where best practice is shared across our schools to improve pupil outcomes and welfare.

In a recent safeguarding audit, King Offa was praised for our inclusive and welcoming community ethos and the strong, trusting relationships between staff, pupils, and parents. We know that safeguarding should always be a priority which is why we are excited to be able to offer this opportunity to maintain the effective practice that is already in place and develop opportunities to make things even better.
