The Gatwick School is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly improving all through school. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and effective HR administration to ensure matters are managed appropriately and in accordance with school procedures. Promoting the school as a top employer will also be an important part of your role.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and outstanding admin or HR professional.
Working hours:
The working hours are 32 hours per week (working pattern can be negotiated), for term time plus 2 weeks during the holidays. Holiday hours are to be discussed and agreed, and could include elements of working from home.
